1. Introduction

At Gadgetry UK (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to getting your orders to you promptly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • If there is any delay (e.g. stock issues, customs, or supplier constraints), we will notify you by email.
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations & Coverage

We ship worldwide. In rare cases where delivery is not possible (restricted region or remote location), we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
  • No hidden handling fees.
  • Duties, customs, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking & Notification

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If a package is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement or refund.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 7 days of receipt.
  • For unavoidable delays (e.g. customs, strikes), we will communicate and work toward a solution.

8. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Multiple Parcels / Split Shipments

To speed delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels from different warehouses. You will receive tracking numbers for each parcel.

10. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, and the package is returned to us, you may be charged for redelivery. Refunds may be offered minus any return costs incurred.

11. Cancellation & Changes

To change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@gadgetryuk.com. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

12. Custom & Pre-Order Items

Some products may be custom or pre-order items with longer lead times. These will be clearly stated on the product page.
